The Dining Room has win-dows on three sides featuring views of Downtown, many historic buildings and the Smoky Mountains.  The high ceilings and walnut trim creates a very elegant setting.  The wood dance floor can be setup in a variety of locations to enhance your guest’s experience.

The Bank Lobby is a unique space located on the main floor of Preservation Plaza with its own entrance from Broadway.  The two story ceiling, large chandeliers, bank vault and 8’ round stainless steel door, parquet dance floor all contribute to its character.  A balcony area overlooks the main lobby below and features a spiral staircase to the lower level.  A large 20’ by 60’ Persian rug highlights the lobby.

Whether you are seeking a location for a fundraiser, gallery, business training, or wedding and reception, the Bank Lobby can be transformed into an elegant venue.  The main room is surrounded by offices which can be used for small break-out discussions, additional retail or gallery space or special food or seating areas.  

The Boardroom is rec-tangular with high ceilings and has wonderful appointments.  It is ideal for small banquets, business meetings, or special events including weddings.  It is possible to seat up to 55 at rounds or 100 theatre style.  The views will enhance any event.

The Kitchen is located behind the entrance to the 6th floor and is capable of serving both rooms or the entire floor with ease.  It is equipped with an electric oven and stove, wet/dry steam bins, freezer, and  refrigerator space for temporary food storage.  Caterers also enjoy a large preparation area.

The Entire Top Floor is available for larger events that may need the additional space for food service or special activities.  The Board Room can be used for training, presentations, or even a wedding, then the guests can move to the Dining Room for the meal or reception.

The Lounge is immediately off the elevator and provides a wonderful setting for the guests to arrive.  Situated between the Boardroom and Dining Room and filled with antiques,  guests can relax and enjoy the views.
