The Dining Room has windows on three sides featuring views of Downtown, many historic buildings and the Smoky Mountains.  The high ceilings and walnut trim creates a very elegant setting.  The wood dance floor can be setup in a variety of locations to enhance your guest’s experience.

The Boardroom is rec-tangular with high ceilings and has wonderful appointments.  It is ideal for small banquets, business meetings, or special events including weddings.  It is possible to seat up to 55 at rounds or 100 theatre style.  The views overlooking downtown Maryville will enhance any event.

The Kitchen is located behind the entrance to the 6th floor and is capable of serving both rooms or the entire floor with ease.  It is equipped with an electric oven and stove, wet/dry steam bins, freezer, and  refrigerator space for temporary food storage.  Caterers also enjoy a large preparation area.

The Entire Top Floor is available for larger events that may need the additional space for food service or special activities.  The Board Room can be used for training, presentations, or even a wedding, then the guests can move to the Dining Room for the meal or reception.

The Lounge is immediately off the elevator and provides a wonderful setting for the guests to arrive.  Situated between the Boardroom and Dining Room and filled with antiques,  guests can relax and enjoy the views.

The Event Size best suited for Top of  The Plaza are larger in nature.  Events with guests num-bering between 75 and 300 are  easily accommodated.  Utilizing the entire floor allows the host to feature the smaller rooms for special uses such as deserts, gifts, registration, or auctions.
