Once stepping into Preservation Plaza’s lobby, a short ride in the elevator to the 6th floor takes you and your guests to our elegant Lounge. Depending upon the size of your event, you can elect to reserve the Boardroom, our Main Dining Room, or the entire floor.
Our Boardroom can serve events from ten to one hundred depending upon the seating and is well-suited for board retreats, award presentations, or wedding ceremonies. Whether your needs include accessories such as a whiteboard, chalkboard, Internet and projection or subtle accessories creating an elegant chapel setting for your wedding, we can meet your needs. The rectangular shape of the room is ideal for these events. Large windows provide views of Downtown Maryville and across the city to the Cumberland mountains and library.
The Main Dining Room is located on the opposite side of the lounge and can seat up to 200 guests. High ceilings and beautiful walnut treatments create an elegant setting. Windows line three sides of the room framing views of the Courthouse, Downtown Maryville, and the Smoky Mountains.
For larger events, reserving the entire floor allows you to entertain up to 300 plus guests. By incorporating the Lounge, this area can provide additional seating or serving area for appetizers or desserts.
