Wedding Receptions – It is our desire for you to celebrate your special day with friends and family and that our venue enhances your event by providing a magnificent backdrop.  We offer 6,000 square feet of well-designed floor space which simplifies the flow of guests and the ease of which your event can occur.  All of the beauty of East Tennessee is yours to enjoy.  We offer panoramic views overlooking the library, area greenbelt, City of Alcoa, Blount County Courthouse, Downtown Maryville, and of course the Smoky Mountains.

History...

History  – Preservation Plaza was built in 1922 and for many years was known as the Blount National Bank building.  Located prom-inently in historic Downtown Maryville on Broadway Avenue with views over-           
Welcome – Top of The Plaza is one of Maryville’s newest banquet and event center, offering views and elegance for all of our guests to enjoy.  Versatility, ambiance, and style are common themes and enable us to showcase each event we host.  We are located on the top floor of Preservation Plaza in downtown Maryville.
Convenient and free parking surrounds our location.  Guests have the choice of two free city parking lots totaling 400 spaces and access to our own parking garage behind Preservation Plaza off of Church Avenue.
