Top of The Plaza is one of the premier event facilities in Blount County.  Located on the top floor of Preservation Plaza which enables you and your guests to enjoy the outstanding views of our area.  The setting within the facility is equally wonderful.  We have tried to maintain the charm of the 1922 building and yet provide the required amenities to have a successful event.

Whether you are hosting a business luncheon, rehearsal dinner, charitable fundraiser, wedding, ladies’ tea, or any other type of event, we can meet your needs.  The entire sixth floor is available for larger events making it very easy for your guests to spread out and take in all we offer.  Or, only a portion of the sixth floor can be rented for smaller events.
